Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of CFLVoice, including the Answering Service, web dashboard, call handling features, alerts, integrations, and Control Hub device experience.
By using CFLVoice, you agree to these terms. If you use CFLVoice on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
Service Use
CFLVoice helps businesses answer calls, capture caller information, organize leads, route urgent requests, and display service activity. Customers are responsible for their business settings, call flows, prompts, forwarding configuration, caller notices, and follow-up.
No Emergency Or Regulated Use
CFLVoice is not an emergency service. Do not rely on CFLVoice for emergency dispatch, life safety, urgent medical care, or any use where a delay or missed call could cause harm.
CFLVoice is not a HIPAA Business Associate and is not designed for protected health information. Customers must not configure the service to collect or process protected health information, payment card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or similarly sensitive data.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including call recording, consent, marketing, privacy, consumer protection, professional licensing, and industry-specific requirements.
You must not use CFLVoice to send spam, impersonate others, deceive callers, harass anyone, violate laws, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Accounts And Access
Keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate access to team members. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Plans And Billing
Pricing may depend on call volume, number setup, Control Hub package, support level, integrations, and other usage details confirmed during onboarding. Fees, taxes, and usage limits are described in the plan or order terms provided to you.
Availability And Changes
We aim to keep CFLVoice reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, network outages, provider interruptions, or events outside our control. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.

CFLVoice is provided as a business productivity service. We do not guarantee that every call will be answered, captured, routed, transcribed, summarized, booked, or delivered without error.
